This page gathers reviews from those who have ordered from me.

The first ones come from my previous activity, before Cascades & Sens was created: the same products, the same person, different customers. They are republished as they were written, and where they come from is stated at the top of the list. I would rather say so than let you believe they concern orders placed here.

I would rather have that, too, than a page filled with comments written by me or bought from a platform. You have probably come across those elsewhere — all enthusiastic, all written in the same voice. You will know them when you see them.

What you will read here

Reviews from people who actually placed an order, published as they were written. The lukewarm ones as well as the good ones. If someone writes that the stone they received was paler than in the photograph, it stays — that is useful information, and it forces me to photograph better.

Reviews received since this site opened name the item concerned and the date. Those republished from my previous activity carry neither: that is why their origin is stated at the top of the list. None is edited. The only ones I will remove are those that amount to insult, or that say nothing about the order.

Have you ordered?

Write to me at manondecascadesetsens@gmail.com with your order number and what you thought of the piece. Say it plainly: an obliging review serves no one, least of all the next buyer.

Tell me whether you are happy for your first name to appear, or whether you would rather have an initial. Without an answer from you on that point, I show only an initial.

What I will never display

• A review I did not receive from a real customer
• An average rating calculated on three hand-picked reviews
• A review edited to read more favorably
• Your full name, your address or your email

And beyond the reviews, you can judge on what can be checked: the terms of sale, the shipping details, the frequently asked questions, and who is behind the shop.
