You have 14 days to change your mind

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it, without having to give a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the arrival of the last one.

How to go about it

  1. Let us know at manondecascadesetsens@gmail.com giving your order number and the items concerned. A simple message is enough — no compulsory form.
  2. Send the items back within 14 days of your message, to the address below.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the parcel, or of proof of its dispatch if that reaches us sooner.

Return postage is at your expense. We strongly advise a tracked service and keeping your proof of posting: until the parcel reaches us, that proof is what protects you.

What condition to return them in

Items must come back to us in a condition allowing resale, with their accessories and packaging. You may of course have unpacked and examined them — as you would have done in a shop. However, an item that is visibly used, damaged, or whose packaging has been destroyed may have its refund reduced by the amount of that loss in value.

What we refund

  • The price of the items returned, in full.
  • The original shipping costs, at the standard rate.

The refund is made by the same means of payment as the one used for the order, free of charge.

Cases where a return is not possible

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:

  • items personalized or made to your order (engraving, made-to-measure composition);
  • cosmetic or bath products unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene;
  • items inseparably mixed with others after delivery;
  • digital gift cards whose code has been sent to you.

A damaged or non-conforming item: that is different

If your item arrives broken, or if it does not match what you ordered, that is not a withdrawal but a lack of conformity. In that case:

  • write to us with photographs and your order number;
  • return costs are on us ;
  • you choose between repair, replacement, or failing that a refund.

This legal guarantee of conformity runs for two years from delivery, and you have nothing to prove during the first 24 months. It comes in addition to the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

A word about natural stones

Stones and minerals are natural materials: shade, veining, inclusions and dimensions vary from one piece to another. The piece you receive may therefore differ slightly from the photograph. This is not a defect — it is what makes no two pieces identical. If the difference disappoints you, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains open, of course.
