Wands

Wands in wood or stone, plain or engraved, cut to sit in the palm. Weight and length are balanced piece by piece: that is what makes a wand fall right in the hand, or not. The stone ones are polished along their whole length, and some carry a moving sphere at the tip. A ceremonial object people keep for a long time.
