Backflow burner — Lucky cat

A burner shaped to take backflow cones: the smoke runs down the relief and spreads in a sheet across the base.

The motif. The maneki-neko, the cat with a raised paw, has been inviting prosperity into Japanese shops since the nineteenth century.

Use & care. To be used with backflow cones only, on a stable surface and away from draughts. Clean dry; smoke residue lifts off with a soft brush.
