A burner shaped to take backflow cones: the smoke runs down the relief and spreads in a sheet across the base.
The symbol. The lotus, which is born in the mud to open intact into the light, is the Buddhist motif above all others.
The decoration. This model shows a hand & lotus flower: the relief is molded and then patinated by hand, and the smoke running down the slopes finishes bringing it alive.
Use & upkeep. To be used with backflow cones only, on a stable surface and away from draughts. Clean dry; smoke residue lifts off with a soft brush.
