Satya backflow cones — Dragon's blood

A red resin with a thick, spiced, faintly peppery smoke, over a balsamic base.

Cones pierced at the base: the smoke, denser and cooler than air, falls in a cascade instead of rising.

When to use it. Traditionally burned during protection rituals; an assertive smell, with character.

The motif. The Asian dragon is not the beast to be slain of the West: it is the guardian of waters, of rain and of fortune.

In practice. To be used on a backflow burner only, away from draughts — a single breath breaks the cascade. Never leave unattended; keep out of reach of children and animals.
