Incense — Throat chakra

Sticks rolled by hand in the masala method, from resins, plant powders and natural binders.

The motif. Vishuddha, the fifth chakra, is associated with the throat and the color blue.

In practice. Light the tip, blow out the flame, let the ember burn down on an incense holder. One stick scents a medium room for about thirty minutes. Air the room after use; keep the rest of the pack closed to protect the oils.
