Cast iron cauldron with pentacle 5 × 9 cm

✦ Cast iron cauldron with pentacle 5 × 9 cm ✦

A tiny pentacle cauldron, with its lid and handle. 🔮

A black cast iron cauldron on three feet, with a domed lid and a movable handle. A pentacle is cast on the side. It fits in the palm of a hand: small enough for a corner of the altar, a desk or a shelf. It is not a singing bowl: it ships on its own, with no mallet and no cushion.

📜 The pentacle, a five-pointed star in a circle, is one of the most widespread symbols in the Wiccan tradition: its points stand for the five elements — earth, air, fire, water and spirit — gathered in the circle.

🌿 Tradition and wellness: in the Wiccan tradition and in many European folklores, the cauldron is a symbol of transformation and abundance: things are mixed in it, kept in it, offered in it. Many place a written intention, a stone or a candle in it.

Who is it for, and when? For a small altar, a desk, or as a gift for someone just starting out: it fits in one hand.

✨ Set it close to you. It does not need much room.

How to use it. A dry cloth is enough. Bare cast iron rusts if left damp: dry it straight after any contact with water, and never put it in the dishwasher. If you burn something in it, set it on a heat-resistant surface and let it cool before moving it.
